All seafood products listed on our site are subject to availability. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be completed at checkout. Ownership of products passes to you once payment has been fully received and goods have been dispatched.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver seafood products to eligible delivery addresses across New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially for fresh perishable seafood. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address to maintain product freshness.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy complies with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If products arrive damaged, spoiled or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos of the goods and packaging. We will assess each claim and offer a refund or replacement where applicable. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns for change of mind will not be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, PATRICK DALTON shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
